Shipping Options

We offer same-day shipping!

We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders marked “paid” in our system by 3:00 pm Eastern Time on a regular shipping day will likely be processed and shipped that day. Order received or marked “paid” after 3:00pm will be shipped on the next regular shipping business day. Our same day shipping policy is based on our normal order volume. At times especially during sales and after holiday weekends, our order volume may be higher and as a result some orders received before 3pm will still not be shipped same day. We apologize for any inconvenience if this happens. Shipping method for same-day shipping will be chosen by us at the time of shipment based on cost and availability of service. Other shipping options are available if you would like to request a specific method (i.e. UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Express) however orders with shipping options other than "same-day shipping" chosen may not ship until the next regular shipping day, if for example, UPS has already picked up for the day.


Kratom is illegal to buy, sell, possess or use in the following states. We do not ship to these states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island Vermont, Wisconsin.


Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee.

We stand behind our product with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us within 14 days by email help@mitraspec.com or phone 855.574.1983. For unopened products we may offer you the option of receiving a replacement order or a refund / store credit. We may request that you return the unsatisfactory product so that we can examine it for quality control purposes and to learn what we can do to improve. In the event that we shipped an incorrect product and request that the product be sent back, we will pay the return shipping, and the replacement may be sent once the return shipping label has been scanned at your post office. For products that were correct but still unsatisfactory, buyer will pay return shipping. In the case of a product that has been opened, a refund or replacement will be offered based on the amount of product that was used after the original package is returned and examined.

We retain the right to not ship to any locations where local laws prohibit the sale, possession, use, or purchase of THCa, Delta 8 THC products, or any hemp-derived products.
